Abstract:
An implant should be inserted and surrounded by bone. In many cases the bone thickness or bone hight is not sufficient to place implant in optimum conditions.
Several bone grafting or bone generation technic. This lecture aims to highlight on several technics and to explain the advantage and inconvenient of every technic.
Understanding every technic work and difficulties allows the dentist to choose the most convenient one for its patient
